Dorota Stasikowska-Wozniak – a writer, coach, creator of social action, a self-presentation and public image specialist as well as a host of television programs, conferences, meetings and sessions, mainly for women.

An author of novels "Cleopatra", "Portrait of a woman in the age of perdition" "Mandrake", "Cleopatra's Desire" as well as handbooks: "Public speaking and public relations", "How to be a modern lady", "Savoir-vivre at the table", "Modern witches' guide" and "Dressed for success".

In the 90s he published in Katowice literary quarterly "Words", in 2009-2013 she was a founder and co-owner of a free magazine for women called "Lady's Club" and led the Polish House of Creation. She wrote screenplays and ran television programs (including "The Third Eye" for TVP II) and meetings in the Literary Salon in Katowice.

She was the coordinator of social and research projects in Poland and worldwide (including the World Bank and the ESF), a President of the National Thematic Network EQUAL; a Silesian plenipotentiary for Gender Equality, a chairperson of the Programme Board of TVP Katowice; a member of the Steering Committee of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism; She founded and led, among others, Soroptimist International Silesian Nike Club and Silesian Centre for Equal Opportunities.

She is a laureate of many prizes and distinctions, including "Businesswoman of the Year", "Chapeau bas" by Soroptimist International, the “Steel Carnation”, the “Mercury's Wing”, etc. She introduced a public benefit organization known as Dress for Success to Poland and leads it on a voluntary basis.
